Show analyses for selected rows

To show analyses for a single food or ingredient or a selection of foods or ingredients in a document:

1. Select rows in the foods or ingredients grid as required.

• To select a day: Click the record selector button to the left of the day name or date.
• To select a meal: Click the record selector button to the left of the meal name.
• To select several rows: Click a record selector button for the first row and drag to where the selection ends.

Tips

• To view analyses for the whole document, ensure that no rows are selected in the Foods or Ingredients tab.
• If the Analysis Pane is not shown, on the View menu, click Analysis Pane.
